Defined Construction Ltd. was founded over a decade ago as a passion project while building a career in commercial construction.

Over the years, we gained experience across a wide range of construction projects throughout Western Canada while continuing to pursue projects of our own. Building custom homes offered something different—the opportunity to be creative, stay closely connected to the work, and have a direct impact on the finished product.
 

Eventually, what began as a passion project evolved into the foundation for Defined Construction Ltd.
 

The vision was simple: create a company where transparency comes first, accountability is expected, and craftsmanship is never compromised. A company where quality comes before quantity and every project receives the attention it deserves.
 

Today, Defined Construction Ltd. intentionally takes on a limited number of projects each year. This allows us to remain personally involved in every detail, provide complete transparency throughout the process, and deliver homes that reflect the care and attention an investment of this significance deserves.
