Pre-Construction & Selections

Once the preliminary budget is approved, we move into pre-construction. This phase includes finalizing plans, coordinating technical requirements, and making many of your key selections, including finishes and specifications. Making these decisions early allows us to prepare an accurate budget and provide greater cost certainty before construction begins.

After the design and selections are finalized, we prepare a detailed Class A budget outlining the projected cost of construction. Once reviewed and approved, we establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price, allowing construction to proceed with confidence.

CONSTRUCTION
With planning complete, construction begins. Throughout the build, you'll receive regular communication, transparent monthly invoicing, and detailed cost reporting so you always understand where your investment is being allocated. Our cost-plus model is built around transparency, providing visibility into actual construction costs rather than relying on excessive contingencies or inflated allowances. Every dollar is accounted for, ensuring you remain informed and involved throughout the entire building process.
Completion & Possession
Asconstruction nears completion, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our standards and your expectations before handing over the keys to your new home.

Our commitment doesn't end on possession day. We remain available to address warranty items and provide continued support long after you've moved into your home
